This year, the road to the White House begins in California and the California Republican Party invites you to meet some of our potential Republican candidates for President at the upcoming CRP convention in Sacramento.  

 

The CRP Spring Convention, taking place March 18 - 20 in Sacramento, is our opportunity to reinforce the power of our ideas and vision for the state and the nation as we head into 2012.   

 

Our convention lineup combines a national platform for presidential hopefuls with a world-class schedule of workshops and excellent opportunities for planning and networking with fellow Republican leaders..

 

You'll also be able to sharpen your political skills, broaden your knowledge of important issues and help select the leadership that will shape the future of our party.

AN EXCITING CONVENTION AGENDA

 

The California Republican Party state convention in Sacramento will provide an expanded convention agenda full of briefings, sessions with candidates and elected officials, training and technology opportunities for delegates, activists, volunteers and candidates.

 

We're also featuring some of the most compelling speakers in politics today, starting at the Friday night dinner with former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton.Ambassador Bolton is considered one of the foremost experts on U.S. foreign and national security policy and is a regular contributor to Fox News.

 

Our Saturday luncheon speaker is one of the most honored communication professionals in America today and the author of the NY Times best seller, Words That Work: It's Not What You Say, It's What People Hear, pollster Frank Luntz. More media outlets have turned to Dr. Luntz to understand the hopes and fears of Americans than to any other political pollster.

Wrapping up our featured speakers lineup on Saturday evening is Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour. Governor Barbour is the former chairman of both the RNC and the Republican Governors Association, and was awarded the Thomas Jefferson Freedom Award for his leadership after Hurricane Katrina.

Please call the Hyatt Regency at 800-233-1234 by Wednesday, March 2, 2011 to receive your California Republican Party discounted rate of $158 plus tax & occupancy fees per night. This rate is based upon availability at the time you book your reservation. Rooms may sell out prior to the above date.

A dedicated booking website has been created for the convention so attendees will be able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel. Hotel Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS CANCELED BEFORE MARCH 7, 2011, WILL BE CHARGED A (1) ONE NIGHT FEE. RESERVATIONS CANCELED ON OR AFTER MARCH 7, 2011 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ROOM NIGHTS ORIGINALLY BOOKED.

 

***Due to limited room inventory, this policy is being enforced to ensure that guests do not hold multiple reservations and then later cancel rooms that are not being utilized. Booking unnecessary room reservations causes the hotel to sell-out prematurely and prevents other attendees from making reservations.
